Treatments
Every treatment option includes a consultation. Please note that following this, an alternative treatment may be recommended. You are under no obligation to proceed with any treatment.
We pride ourselves on giving all our patients the time and information they need in order to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with a treatment.
If you are satisfied with the information provided, and are comfortable with having treatment, you may be able to have this on the same day following your consultation.
Consultation
This appointment will last approximately 30 minutes. During the appointment, we will discuss your concerns, your past medical history and what treatment options will be most appropriate.
Please note if you decide to proceed with a treatment, the consultation fee will be waived from the treatment price.

Anti Wrinkle Injections
This treatment involves injecting botulinum toxin-A (commonly referred to as BOTOX®) into specific facial muscles. The nerve signals, which tell these muscles to contract, are temporarily blocked. This causes these muscles to relax, and reduces the appearance of the wrinkles that would normally occur when these muscles move.
We are able to treat:
- Crow’s feet lines (around the eyes)
- Horizontal forehead lines
- Please note this must be performed in conjunction with frown lines in order to maintain a natural, balanced appearance
- Frown lines

- Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine – we will always carry out a consultation to assess your suitability for this treatment.
Dermal Fillers
These treatments use injectable hyaluronic acid-based gels to restore age-related volume loss, provide lift and tightening, and to beautify various areas of the face. They can also be used to soften the appearance of certain lines and wrinkles.
By carefully placing dermal filler in targeted areas, we strive to create natural and balanced results.
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance found in our bodies and plays a vital role in keeping our skin hydrated.
Procedure time: 45-60 minutes

Cancellation Policy:
Life is busy and things can change – we understand that.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment up to 72 hours beforehand, please contact us and we will do this for you. If it is less than 72 hours before your appointment, we will be unable to reimburse your deposit.
Photography:
We always take photos as part of your private medical record with us. Photos are essential in order to capture the results of the procedure. Any photos taken by ourselves will be stored securely in your file. By undergoing treatment, you are consenting to photos of yourself being taken before and after your treatment.
Some clients allow us share their before and after photos on our website and social media – this will never be done without your consent.
Should a treatment be contraindicated, or should we feel a treatment would not be in your best interest, we reserve the right to decline treating you.
In this case, your deposit/fee will be reimbursed to you.
